I received a text message from the finance manager of my former employer regarding the delay in the payment of my last salary, bonuses and other incentives. The owner of the company had not yet given the go signal for their release. I sent a text message to the finance manager expressing my disappointment and the experiences from the company, and added the words, “God bless, Boss. [S]ana ‘yung pagsimba niya alam niya real meaning (I hope the knows the meaning of going to Mass).” The owner of the company is now charging me for libel. Is my text message libelous?
