Citystate Savings Bank Inc. (CSB) reported on the website of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) 100 million outstanding common shares with par value of P10 per share. Of the outstanding, 72,764,998 common shares are publicly traded. The bank listed 14 affiliates as holders of 53,056,261 common shares, or 53.056 percent of outstanding. They are Fortune Life Assurance Co., 7,499,250 CSB common shares, or 7.499 percent; Fortune General Insurance Corp., 5.484 million common shares, or 5.484 percent; Top Ventures Investment and Management Corp., 12,702,594 common shares, or 12.703 percent; Gencars Batangas Inc., 2,846,250 common shares, or 2.846 percent;

Eternal Plans Inc., 2,641,700 CSB common shares, or 2.642 percent; Aliw Broadcasting Corp., 717,300 common shares; Gencars San Pablo Inc., 726,000 common shares; ALC Fortune Corp., 296,415 common shares; Eternal Crematory and Chapel Corp., 314,000 common shares; FIG Lending Investment Corp., 127,000 common shares; Eternal Gardens Memorial Park, 1,688,482 common shares; and AAA Southeast Equities Inc., 7,700 common shares. AMB ALC Holdings and Management Corp. was and is Citystate’s biggest stockholder with 18 million common shares, or 18 percent of 100 million CSB common shares.
