SEN. Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go yesterday underscored that maintaining peace and order and enforcing the rule of law are critical to the success of the Balik Probinsya (Return to the Province) Program or BPP.

Go made the remark as he noted that various departments under the Executive branch were preparing for the short- and long-term implementation of the program.
