Why I want government troops to win against rebels

IN my column last Saturday (May 2, 2020), I suggested that President Digong think out of the box in solving the country’s insurgency problem.

I made the suggestion after realizing that government troops are being trounced by communist rebels and Abu Sayyaf terrorists in the battlefield.
