Sulfite testing for dried mangoes offered

The Standards and Testing Division (STD) and the National Metrology Laboratory of the Department of Science and Technology-Industrial Technology Development Institute (DoST-ITDI) has developed a system to test the sulfite levels of dried mangoes.

The DoST-ITDI previously validated the Optimized Monier-Williams method, a standard testing method for sulfite presence in foods that is generally accepted worldwide.
