THE Supreme Court’s decision to hold the 2021 Bar Exams in Manila and Cebu will level the playing field especially for bar candidates from the provinces.
Lawyer Baldomero Estenzo, former dean of the University of Cebu (UC) School of Law told the Manila Times, the regional hosting of next year’s bar exams will be more promising to provincial candidates.
