MINDORO Occidental Gov. Eduardo Gadiano said that the province will be under general community quarantine (GCQ) starting Friday, May 1, with the exception of the town of San Jose.
The GCQ will still limit the movement of residents because not all means of public transport will be fully operational, Gadiano said. Store establishments providing basic goods and commodities would strictly be monitored by authorities, he added.
