AROUND 1,200 personnel including from the Manila Police District (MPD) and the Armed Forces of the Philippine (AFP) are set to enforce the total lockdown in Tondo first district on Sunday.

Special Mayor’s Reaction Team (MPD-SMaRT) chief Rosalino Ibay Jr. announced the deployment of 1,263 personnel to different checkpoints during road closures in the shutdown, starting on 5:00 am Sunday and ends at the same time on May 5, Tuesday.
