CAMP CAPINPIN, Tanay, Rizal: Government forces have dismantled the possible headquarters of New People’s Army - Southern Tagalog after a 30-minute firefight on Thursday at Barangay Manoot, Rizal, Occidental Mindoro.

According to the Philippine Army’s 4th Infantry Battalion, among those items recovered from the site was one M16 rifle, one Cal .38 pistol, eight anti-personnel mines, IED components, live ammunition, foodstuff, personal effects, and enemy documents with high intelligence value.
