US virus cases hit 1 million

WASHINGTON: The United States on Tuesday (Wednesday in Manila) recorded its one-millionth coronavirus case as countries, including Spain, Russia and Nigeria, took tentative steps back toward normal life by preparing to reopen some businesses.
