BAGUIO CITY : The Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC), the only accredited sub-national testing laboratory in Northern Luzon, resumed its operations on Tuesday and started accepting patients but on a scaled-down basis after temporarily suspending its operations on Monday over a surge in the number of health workers infected with the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

In a latest advisory, the BGHMC said it had started accepting patients again after the hospital instituted needed measures to address growing concern about the spread of the virus in the medical center.
