THE World Trade Center opened as a quarantine facility for overseas Filipino workers (OFW) returning to the country.
The opening ceremony on Thursday was attended by representatives from the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Ayala Group of Companies, along with the Bases Conversion and Development Authority, the Investment Capital Corporation of the Philippines, Manila Exposition Complex, AC Energy and Makati Development Corporation.
