The Philippine National Police-Internal Affairs Service (PNP-IAS) is looking at command responsibility as it prepares an investigation on the death of a former soldier who was shot by a policeman in Novaliches, Quezon City.
According to PNP IAS chief Inspector General Atty. Alfegar Triambulo, the commander or the immediate supervisor of the policeman who shot former AFP personnel Winston Ragos would also be investigated.
