CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela: The remains of five of the 11 soldiers from the Philippine Army, who were ambushed and killed by members of the terrorist Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) in Patikul, Sulu last week, were blessed at the Tactical Operations Group at the Cauayan City airport after being unloaded from a Philippine Air Force plane on Sunday shortly before noon.
Tears flowed from the kin of Cpl. Ernesto Bautista Jr. of the City of Ilagan and Staff Sgt. Jayson Gazzingan of Roxas, both from Isabela.
