THE Interior department has advised local government units (LGUs) to stop using limited window periods, regarding access to essential establishments and services, said Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles.

Nograles, the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases spokesman, gave this recommendation at a virtual briefing on Monday, based on guidance from the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG).
