Chua should have an ‘independent mind’ ‒ Pernia

FORMER socioeconomic planning secretary Ernesto Pernia said on Monday that he hopes newly appointed National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) acting Secretary Karl Chua will have an 'independent mind.'

“He's a very able economist, but I hope he will have an independent mind and also not just agree on anything,' expressed Pernia in an interview on ANC.
