Ayala Corp. announced on Monday the consolidation of its energy, water, and transport and logistics businesses in a bid to fortify its foothold in the country’s infrastructure sector.

In a disclosure, the conglomerate said its executive committee approved the integrated platform that will combine its stakes in AC Energy Philippines Inc. (ACEPH) and Manila Water Co. Inc., and its unlisted unit c (AC Infra).
