NGO gives away nebulizers

MARAWI CITY: Community and Family Services International (CFSI), an international civil society organization, has distributed assistive devices to persons with special needs in Marawi City. CFSI distributed 10 nebulizers to its beneficiaries in Marawi City as part of the Psychosocial Support Component of the Marawi Recovery Project (MRP), a project funded by the Australian Government and Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. In a radio interview on Saturday, Farida Mangcaan, head of CFSI sub-office in Iligan City and project coordinator of MRP, said CFSI targeted to distribute 111 assistive devices. “Of this target, 27 percent are nebulizers while 73 percent are adult wheelchair, pediatric wheelchair, pressure relief mattress, commode chair, standard walker, quad cane, pointed cane and cane with a chair,” Mangcaan said.
