BAGUIO CITY: Mayor Benjamin Magalong has ordered the Baguio City Police Office under police Col. Allen Rae Co to tighten implementation of the enhanced community quarantine’s rules in the Summer Capital by arresting violators of the ECQ. Violators will now be handcuffed, Magalong added. The mayor said there is need for more vigorous implementation of the measures now that the ECQ is nearing its homestretch. “We need to stave off complacency, otherwise all our efforts will be put to waste,” Magalong added.
