The government has allowed foreign cruise ships carrying Filipino seafarers to dock in Manila amid the implementation of the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine, a Palace official said on Thursday.
Cabinet Secretary Karlo Alexei Nograles bared that the decision allowing foreign cruise ships to dock was made during the meeting of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases on Wednesday.
