Couple with P3.9-M shabu nabbed in Cebu

Police arrested a couple who yielded more than P3 million worth of suspected shabu in a buy-bust in Barangay Poblacion, Danao City, northern Cebu on Easter.

Police identified the suspects as Josephus Tapayan, 33, of Barangay Poblacion, Danao City and his live-in partner Liezel Surigao, 20, of Barangay Parian, Cebu City.
