A federation of private schools is pushing for online education for school year 2020-2021 to counteract the impact of the prolonged suspension of classes brought about by measures to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).

“The situation next school year is tablet education,” Federation of Associations of Private Schools Administrators (Fapsa) President Eleazardo Kasilag said in a text message to The Manila Times.
