The Occidental Mindoro State College (OMSC) has provided the essential needs of 232 students stranded in their dormitories and boarding houses because of the enhanced community quarantine.
Dr. Marlyn Nielo, OMSC president, said more than P800,000 had been donated by the college to provide for these students, who were unable to go home to their towns in Occidental and Oriental Mindoro, Antique and northern part of Palawan.
