UNTIL now, people are still talking about Manuelito Luna, the now former commissioner of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) who was dismissed by President Rodrigo Duterte for being a bozo.

The dictionary defines bozo as a foolish or incompetent person.
