Duterte institutionalizes comprehensive social benefits program for state forces

PRESIDENT Rodrigo has issued an executive order institutionalizing the government's Comprehensive Social Benefits Program (CSBP)‬ for police, military and their support units.

Through Executive Order (EO) 110 he signed on April 7, Duterte recognized the 'invaluable' contribution of state forces in maintaining peace and order in the country.
