BACOLOD CITY: A total of 99 foreigners are now stranded in Negros Occidental after the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) has been imposed on the whole province.
Jennylind Cordero said the Negros Occidental Provincial Tourism Division is facilitating the repatriation of the stranded foreigners.
