Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio has tightened quarantine measures in her city that would cut down public transport and force residents to stay in their homes beginning Saturday.

Duterte-Carpio issued Executive Order (EO) 23 on Thursday, which is an enhanced community quarantine amending her EO 10 because safety protocols have been breached that could spread the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) in the city.
