17 NCMH staff, four patients, diagnosed with Covid-19

A total of 21 medical personnel and patients of the National Center for Mental Health (NCMH) — three of them deployed in a quarantine facility in New Clark City in Capas, Tarlac — have tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), its official said on Friday.
