THE increasing number of residents getting afflicted with the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) has prompted the local government units (LGUS) in Zambales, Nueva Vizcaya, Cebu, Negros Occidental and General Santos City to close their borders effective immediately.
In Luzon, Zambales province has been placed on total lockdown after three cases of Covid-19 were reported in two towns and one city.
