TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan: The threat of the highly contagious new coronavirus disease did not deter 21 individuals, who were caught gambling at the Cock Farm in Maddarulug Norte village in Enrile town.

BGen. Angelito Casimiro, Police Regional Office 2 (PRO2) director, said the illegal gamblers defied the enhanced community quarantine and conducted tupada, an illegal cockfight, at the boundaries of Solana and Enrile towns.
