BACOLOD CITY: Uncooperative individuals are hampering the ongoing contact tracing of the city government, Bacolod City Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran said on Monday.
Familiaran, who also chairs the city’s Inter-Agency Task Force against Covid-19 (IATF), said this non- cooperation is “a setback” as authorities are tracking down individuals who came into contact with the first coronavirus disease (Covid-19) positive patient.
