BAGUIO CITY: The Department of Labor and Employment in the Cordillera Administrative Region (DoLE-CAR) has disclosed that more than 1,000 displaced workers in different parts of the region will benefit from P50 million in emergency assistance to be extended by the agency as part of the government’s social amelioration for a vulnerable sector negatively impacted by the enhanced community quarantine in Luzon.
Each worker will get P5,000 under the aid plan.
