Cagayan, Bacolod, Iloilo record 1st virus cases

THE cities of Tuguegarao in Cagayan, Bacolod in Negros Occidental and Iloilo City have recorded their first cases of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) on Saturday.

Cagayan Gov. Manuel Mamba confirmed that the carrier went home before the lockdown of Metro Manila.
