THE Navotas City government has passed ordinances extending the deadline of payment of business and realty taxes as well as registration of select private and public utility vehicles (PUV), among others, Mayor Toby Tiangco announced Saturday.

“We understand that it is crucial for our people to stay home and be safe. We don’t want them to worry about looming payment deadlines and risk violating home quarantine to pay for their dues, hence the passage of these vital measures,” Mayor Toby Tiangco said.
