At the recent outbreak of the Covid-19, a Filipina from Italy warned her Facebook followers not to make the same mistake of Italians who have taken for granted their government's order of quarantine. Instead, they went on unrelentingly with their unstoppable socializing ways, which made Italy one of the most hard-hit countries by Covid-19.
The warning alarmed me when, a day before Metro Manila was placed under community quarantine, director William Mayo, also the president of Kapisanan Ng Mga Direktor Sa Pelikulang Pilipino (KDPP) invited Caveat for story conference. Calendared way before the virus outbreak, the director wanted to talk about his project on hand.
