Mayors in the Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, and Valenzuela (CAMANAVA) area ordered law enforcers to arrest people loitering on streets during the enhanced community quarantine period.
“We will strictly implement [quarantine] and I already instructed particularly the barangay officials not to hesitate to bring those hard-headed to the police station and penalize them particularly adults like the parents,” Navotas City Mayor Toby Tiangco said.
