PHILIPPINE Savings Bank Inc. (PSBank) is a subsidiary of the Metropolitan Bank and Trust Co. (Metrobank). An amended public ownership report (PoR) dated Feb. 29, 2020 but posted on the website of the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on March 13, 2020 listed Metrobank as the direct holder of 377,279,068 PSBank common shares. This represents 88.38 percent of the total 426,859,416 common shares.

PSBank attributed the ownership of 45,120,695 common shares, or 10.57 percent of the outstanding, to the public. The rules promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission require publicly traded companies with PSE-listed stocks to own at least 10 percent of the outstanding. (10 percent of the 426,859,416 equals 42,685,941.6).
