METRO Pacific Investments Corp. (MPIC) is no longer interested in pursuing its unsolicited proposal for the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3), the company’s chairman said.
“Wala na kaming pakialam. (We don’t care anymore),” MPIC Chairman Manuel Pangilinan told reporters recently when asked about his company's bid to lead the operations and maintenance of the troubled railway system on Edsa.
