There were medics on the set of the new GMA Network rom-com series “Owe My Love” as the show held its first taping on Monday. Everyone had to see these health workers before proceeding to work with temperature and blood pressure checks in the midst of the rising cases of the novel coronavirus or Covid-19 in the country.

Even lead stars Lovi Poe and Benjamin Alves were taking extra precaution to avoid getting sick. Lovi had her mask and alcohol bottle in the stand-by area. “I’m more particular with personal hygiene. Kung noon sobrang hindi ako nagpapabaya when it comes to hygiene, lalo na ngayon that there are already several cases of the virus in the Philippines. I wash my hand every so often and I have alcohol with me all the time. Kailangan laging malinis and I don’t touch my face,” she said.
