Accept patients, hospitals warned

THE Department of Health (DoH) on Wednesday warned private hospitals not to turn away patients suspected to have the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), or they would face sanctions from the government.

It issued the warning as the number of confirmed Covid cases jumped to 49 from 33.
