I am reproducing below edited excerpts of my keynote speech during the recent Office of the President flag-raising at Malacañang held last March 9. My keynote touched on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) mandate, accomplishments and goals for 2020 and beyond. I hope you will allow me to use this column to elaborate.
