Residents living in the south of Manila, spend more time in traffic than they would like. Progress is good, and the roadworks are more than welcome. The problem is the slow pace of the work involved, given that the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) management, said that the target completion of the project is by December 2020. So, commuters still have a few more grueling months to endure in mammoth traffic jams that south side folks have to face on a daily basis.
Its an everyday struggle and test of patience at the SLEX.
