REITs to drive property sector – Lobien

REAL estate consultancy services firm Lobien Realty Group Inc. is optimistic that the issuance of real estate investment trust (REIT) would drive the property market.

During the 11th The Manila Times Business Forum on March 3, Lobien Chief Executive Officer Sheila Lobien said that even small investors are welcome to take part in the REIT market, allowing inclusive growth in the industry.
