Listed Fruitas Holdings Inc. has acquired 100-percent of the outstanding shares of CocoDelivery Inc. in a bid to expand its delivery channels.
With the procurement, CocoDelivery’s hotline — #8COCO — would serve as the main delivery hotline for Fruitas’ full food and beverage products, Fruitas said in a disclosure. It looks to increase the total sales brought upon by Fruitas’ current delivery channels.
