Union Bank of the Philippines (UnionBank) reaped seven awards at The Asset Triple A Digital Awards 2020, including Digital Banker of the Year Asia-Pacific for bank President and CEO Edwin Bautista and Digital Bank of the Year – Philippines for the third straight year.
Other awards bestowed on UnionBank were the Best ATM Project for its BitBox ATM, Best Digital Financial Inclusion Project for i2i which connects rural banks to the country’s main financial network, Best Digital Collaboration for its Retailer Financing Program, Best Digital Upgrade for its Mobile Check Deposit and Best Social Media Project for UnionBank GlobalLinker Trade Connect.
