PSG implements no-touch policy to protect Duterte

The Presidential Security Group (PSG) has implemented a 'no-touch policy' between President Rodrigo Duterte and the public, PSG chief Jesus Durante 3rd said.

The President earlier declared a state of public health emergency in the country, amid the continuing spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
