Last week, the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants held its first women summit with the theme, “Proud. Loud. Leading Without A Doubt.” As a member of the organizing committee, it gave me great pride to see a stage packed with empowered women leaders from the public and private sectors speaking to a ballroom full of the next generation of women leaders and the men who support their ambition.
