ERC revokes Panay firm’s provisional permit

The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has ordered the revocation of the provisional Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) of trouble-laden Panay Electric Co. (PECO).

So as not to disrupt power service, the ERC has issued to MORE Electric and Power Corp. (MORE Power) its own CPCN.
