Philam Foundation brings education to far-flung communities

Philam Foundation, in partnership with LBC Foundation, turns over three new classrooms to Jordan National High School in Poblacion, Jordan, Guimaras.

PHILAM Foundation, the corporate social responsibility arm of AIA Philam Life, recently turned over several classrooms in the island communities based in Batanes and Guimaras as part of its seven-year-old Philam Paaralan program. The foundation aims to make education more accessible to Filipino youth by building classrooms in underserved and calamity-striken areas around the country.
