GENERAL SANTOS CITY: Joint operatives of the Police Precinct 4 in General Santos City and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency seized P80,000 worth of shabu in two separate buy-busts on Wednesday. Six suspected drug couriers and pushers were arrested by the authorities at Barangay San Isidro. Among the arrested was the alleged leader Roderick Acasio Dionora, 42, a resident of Purok Tinago. Seized from them were 8 sachets of substance believed to be shabu with a market value of P7,000 and a P500-bill. In a separate operation, authorities arrested five illegal suspects in an apartment believed to be used as a drug den. The suspects were identified as Andrey Allen Barriatos, 27; Kevin Mondejar, 26; Davis Calsis, 22; Aaron Causing, 21; and Revin Arky Mondejar, 28. Confiscated during the operation were 11 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated value of P74,800, 1 piece improvised tooter, 1 piece all-weather tooter, 2 pieces disposable lighters, 1 piece improvised wooden sealer, 2 pieces aluminum foil strip and 1 piece P500-bill marked money.
